How to start an RSP in Australia

A plain-English, no-fluff guide to starting a retail service provider in Australia, from someone who's run a licensed carrier for fifteen years. Three napkins, twelve corners.

I’ve had the same conversation more times than I can count: someone wants to start an RSP, and I grab the nearest napkin and start drawing. This series is that napkin, written down properly.
